If a member apply for refund request through contact form or directly calling the office executive, with proper invoice and information, ORWA will process the refund within 10 days of the approved refund request; I case of delivery of goods or gifts or any material the delivery charges will be deducted from the payment made (if applicable).
The purchase of tickets or membership for any event / membership plan through ORWA online system is final and non-refundable, unless the event is canceled, rescheduled, or substantially altered by the organizer.
In the case of an event being canceled, rescheduled, or substantially altered, the ticket purchaser may receive a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
The ticket purchaser must contact the organizer of the event for any refund or exchange inquiries. The organizer aka ORWA is solely responsible for any refunds or exchanges.
